It's quite peculiar. I had placed an order for boots before checking the reviews. These reviews are from months or even years ago, and very few mention issues with the product itself; instead, most focus on the terrible customer service. The only negative feedback I had was about the rude and condescending support. Why hasn't this been addressed promptly to align your ratings with the quality of your product? I even had to complete a customer service form at the end! Many companies excel in customer service; perhaps you should take notes on their practices!

These boots are extremely disappointing. They are overpriced and fail to deliver on their promises. I've slipped multiple times on snow, and I recently fell and hit my head on ice. The grip is inadequate. If they can't handle Ontario winters, I can't imagine how they'd perform elsewhere. Not worth the cost!
I would give zero stars if I could. Their size chart is completely inaccurate. I ordered a size 10, which is way too big for me. When I called, I was told to return them at a store far away. After a long trip, I was informed they couldn't exchange or refund me because they didn't carry that model. I tried to return them by mail, but the return label was deemed damaging, so they refused my refund. I'm out $200 and stuck with boots that are too large. I asked for my issue to be escalated, but after a week, I haven't heard back.
