My son hit by a car on 29 June 2021 in Turkey. Got several injuries like broken shoulder, broken right face bone, broken hipbone and many body wounds. Rang sos Int.for help. After sending couple of paperworks a turkish dr Alp called me from sos Int. Which I thought very good n will be easy communication because I speak turkish too. But unfortunately It wasn’t like that at all. By the first phone call he said fixed a air ambulance. Second phone call was 2 days later ( after I made couple of phone calls to reach him cause It was very late in the night ) said no air ambulance but business class. Third time was 5th July and he said no business class either cause there is no left and which he checked was said there is a colon between the seats ( in Turkish = kocaman bir kütük var business sinif koltuklar arasinda ) n would not be comfortable. That’s why booking economy class. He said booking even this by a condition. Everybody must do a pcr test. I tried to explain that pcr test is not necessary. Because Sweden doesn’t ask n not the air company either. His answer was he knows better n waiting for a negative pcr from us to book the ticket. I got crazy that time. ( making pcr test takes long time n it’s a big delay for us) Right away called the call Center to talk somebody in charge n explain this comedy he was doing with us. But received even worse answers. We r having a very hard time n every second running against my sons health. First of first people who should work there must be professionals n must able to take immediate decisions to help when people most need help. Not waste peoples time and risk their life. Finally what I got by getting contact to sos Int. is we talked to each other just like a two lovers. Nothing more. We were already out of mind, lost all our power etc. This person who calls himself a doctor may graduated as a dr. but doesn’t has human feelings not suitable for this job. My experience with dr. Alp n sos Int. was not more then a nightmare n totally worsened our situation. AT THE END DiDNT RECEIVED ANY SINGLE HELP. Hospital, dr. care, accommodation, home travel nothing except wasting our time n making bad joke with me. They tried very hardly to not to spend / pay any singe pence.I don’t know what to wish you but hope you don’t get in my situation once in your time life.Note: I closed the case myself and asked them to do nothing as they do already nothing.
