Edit: I just received my money. But I believe my review is still ok based on the missing result. I know these days are crazy. Old review:I booked a quick Covid-19 test and was told I would receive the result within 60 minutes. After 3 hours I called them to check my result as I hadn’t received anything. The friendly person on the phone told my their systems were down and that was the reason. But they would call me when the system were up and running again. 2 days later their system apparently is down because I haven’t received any info. But I had to pay in advance. I don’t think it’s fair to pay 375 Dkk for a 60 minutes test and after 3 days - nothing
