I found SoSatsuma on Facebook quite by accident, but am so glad that I did. Clem is a one woman business with an eye for comfortable clothing. She works hard at what she does and I love everything that I have bought from her. Up until recently she has packaged and posted everything herself which took a little longer to arrive, but I was happy to wait for something that was a little different to anything I'd seen before and for a personal service from a small business. Customer Service is second to none and Clem always replies to queries straight away. I would recommend SoSatsuma to anyone who wants clothing that is quirky, comfortable and just a little different.
Love, love, love the items I have got from Clem at So Satsuma. She is a truly lovely lady and sources some different items. So far have got two mini crossover jumpers, which are super soft and fit me perfectly at 5'2", and also two alpaca jumpers, which are super soft. They all wash up lovely. I know I will be tempted again 🤣
I love everything about this incredible small business.Clem is so helpful and supportive with any questions, orders are sent out in good time and wrapped well.Returns are easily organised and as a small business I don't mind paying for them. Clothes and accessories are quirky and fun, great colours and Clem has a good eye for design and colour. Highly recommend this business.

Delighted with this company. Item came three days after I’d ordered it, nicely packaged in a thick sturdy brown bag, inside it was wrapped in tissue with a fancy sticker tape. Absolutely loved the top, great quality and exactly as pictured on website. It was a first time order and I will most definitely be ordering from them again. Very happy indeed.

Fabulous! I have shopped with SoSatsuma for several years and have purchased many of the lovely hand knitted items and now clothing. I love every item I have purchased. I particularly enjoy shopping with a small independent company and enjoy Clem’s personal service and help with advice and speedy reply to any queries. Items always arrive beautifully packaged and in good time with fair postage prices. I hope I shall remain a SoSatsuma Customer for many years to come.
Great customer service! I’ve just received my second item (pink striped box jumper) and I can’t wait to fill my wardrobe with more SoSatsuma. Little hiccup with my fist order as wrong item was delivered but I received a prompt reply to my email and my new item was sent without having to pay for delivery. The quality of the items is really wonderful.
