So satsumas feed came up in my Facebook last year. Loved the quirky style dressing for yourself not others but couldnt justify a purchase till end of the year. Bought the beautiful cross front jumper in raspberry and I can genuinely say it's my favourite wear this year. Plenty of compliments loads of enquiries as to where it came from. Dressed up or down an amazing buy and it won't be the last .
Where do I start? Well, I’m post menopausal, often medically bloated and can fluctuate from a size 10 to an 18 around the middle in a day. Until I found Clem and her beautifully curated collection of well cut designs, with elasticated waistbands designed for comfort - the type that are well designed to not dig in and don’t bunch all the fabric around the waist and hips, in the most exquisite fabrics with excellent depth of colour and construction, I had lost my love for clothes and my ability to create and rock an edgy, quirky vibe in comfortable clothes that made me look a million dollars, even if I didn’t feel it. Pj’s became my mainstay. I took the plunge and haven’t looked back.Clem offers a very reasonable returns service, and everything is absolutely beautifully wrapped in tissue and thick Kraft recyclable bag, or a fabulous recyclable orange one if it is from one of her flash sales, which she does from her SoSatsuma Community Facebook page…. A wonderful group of supportive, wonderful women who are comfortable, stylish and less uncomfortable thanks to Clem and her curated collections….. Oh! I nearly forgot to mention the incredible knitwear. I’ve found everything to wash and wear extremely well. The combinations are endless and the barrel jeans are a game changer. I’ve found myself again, my pj’s are now for bedtime only and you have absolutely nothing to lose …. Except for that uncomfortable waistband you’re wearing now.

Clem has curated a gorgeous collection, she has such an eye and everything I’ve bought has been excellent quality. Having some style inspiration that includes comfort and wearability is wonderful too as I struggle to know what will work for me and hate a restrictive waistband. Working from home means comfort is key for me. Clem is open, clear about each item and showcases outfits with such cool effortless style. Absolutely excellent products and service, I’m a SoSatsuma customer for life.

I made my first purchase from Sosatsuma in September 2025, I was immediately hooked. Fabulous clothes, fabulous service, a real personal touch, I would give 10 stars if I could! Clem, the sole owner, is helpful, caring & lovely to deal with. Sometimes parcels may take a while, but it’s because of waiting for stock. I have made A LOT of purchases, & will continue to do so. I found SoSatsuma on Facebook quite by accident, but am so glad that I did. Clem is a one woman business with an eye for comfortable clothing. She works hard at what she does and I love everything that I have bought from her. Up until recently she has packaged and posted everything herself which took a little longer to arrive, but I was happy to wait for something that was a little different to anything I'd seen before and for a personal service from a small business. Customer Service is second to none and Clem always replies to queries straight away. I would recommend SoSatsuma to anyone who wants clothing that is quirky, comfortable and just a little different.
I have purchased quite a few items from SoSatsuma over the past few years. Both from their website and facebook online sales. I have never been disappointed. All the products are high quality and to me even better than described, packaged beautifully and arrives in good time. I would recommend to anyone that likes to shop independently and doesn’t want to dress like the herd.
