Took my money for an order their website said was in stock.I waited two weeks with no notification of dispatch, and only when I contacted them asking what was going on did they cancel and refund the order and the item is now showing as out of stock on the website.I had no personal response to my enquiry, just a 'your order has been cancelled' email.Surely you know if something is out of stock before two weeks later?Update: Having spoken to the company, I can see that the product page did include a note about pre-order status, which I missed. That's on me, and I apologise for the inaccurate initial review.That said, I do think the experience could be improved. My enquiry was a simple, polite question about dispatch status — I never requested a cancellation or refund. Having my order cancelled with no explanation or personal communication, and then being told in their public response that I should have "read things perhaps," doesn't feel like great customer service.I'll leave this at 3 stars as a fair middle ground.
