i will not use this company again the customer service to say the least is next to nothing, not taking my complaint seriously responded to in e-mail complaints in a dismissive manner purchase was placed on 30th march for the all American rejects lp "move along, a failure to also disclose they were using the courier company evri this is an unacceptable timescale for delivery and unacceptable conduct towards a customer they were given an ultimatum yesterday to get their finger out of their behind and have the item here today by 4 pm and i am not being taken seriously they received the purchase cost in a swift manner yet they have zero respect towards customers, i will not be using them again and would not recommend them and further more should the product not be here i will be classing this as fraud and performing an indemnity against them
The record took 15 days to arrive from purchase. I sent a couple of emails asking for a delivery date as I'd heard nothing sunce the confirmatory email and received no response. When the album eventually arrived it was not as I ordered. It should have been on clear vinyl. I see no point contacting them as they don't respond. Terrible customer service.

Very poor experience with Save our Souls, bought an album but when it was delivered by Evri they didn't knock even tho' I was in all day and it was left in full view of anybody walking past, when I got confirmation of delivery from Evri which was nearly 2 hours after I went to get it but nothing was there.I have been in touch with Save our souls on a number of occasions about how to rectify this problem but no one seems to want to reply to my emails. So at the moment I have no LP and I am out of pocket to the tune of £30 odd quid.SHOCKING EXPERIENCEGood luck to anyone who buys from this shop because if you have any problems you'll be on your own you'll get no joy out of these.
I’ve noticed this company has two trustpilot profiles so I hope this is the active one. I ordered a record for my father’s Christmas present on 19th December so wasn’t really expecting it to arrive in time. I did get in touch between Christmas and new year to ask when it might be dispatched so I could let my dad know and received quite a grumpy reply that I had interrupted their Christmas break. It was dispatched 1st January but never arrived. Evri confirmed the item had gone missing and said they would discuss with the company and that I should too. The company advised me that Evri just say that and that it will probably turn up but they will discuss a refund if it hasn’t arrived in 23 working days. I waited and then got in touch after 23 working days (it didn’t just turn up) and have received no answer or acknowledgment of my email. I have emailed three times and heard nothing. For some reason this doesn’t surprise me. I ordered from an independent record shop on purpose as I don’t like big chains but have been pretty surprised by the reluctance to engage in customer service.
Took my money for an order their website said was in stock.I waited two weeks with no notification of dispatch, and only when I contacted them asking what was going on did they cancel and refund the order and the item is now showing as out of stock on the website.I had no personal response to my enquiry, just a 'your order has been cancelled' email.Surely you know if something is out of stock before two weeks later?Update: Having spoken to the company, I can see that the product page did include a note about pre-order status, which I missed. That's on me, and I apologise for the inaccurate initial review.That said, I do think the experience could be improved. My enquiry was a simple, polite question about dispatch status — I never requested a cancellation or refund. Having my order cancelled with no explanation or personal communication, and then being told in their public response that I should have "read things perhaps," doesn't feel like great customer service.I'll leave this at 3 stars as a fair middle ground.
