The delivery driver made no effort to bring my parcel, instead stating that there was an attempted delivery, but all I received was a black image, and the tracking showed they were never within 20 miles of my location. I then received an email saying my parcel would be sent to a pick-up point, which is inaccessible for me due to my disability, and I can't carry it. I attempted to change the delivery option through the app, but it was unhelpful. After emailing to cancel, I was surprisingly told they would now deliver to my address. Unsurprisingly, they repeated the same issue, claiming 'attempted delivery' without being nearby, just another black screen. I was assured a refund, but a week later, the service has not returned the parcel to the seller, so I cannot receive my refund until that happens. 0/10 - I strongly advise against wasting your time or money.
