THEY ROBBED MEI have ordered something from this company as a gift for my mum.I have paid for EXPRESS Shipping so I can receive the item on time as I was flying to USA and wanted to take the item with me, The total Order was for more than £50 (including EXPRESS DELIVERY) I have received an item that was not mine, they agree they made a mistake and their solution is for me to wait 4-6 days for production and then they will ship via STANDARD. I explained that's not what I have paid, and is per their mistake they should ship EXPRESS delivery as they charge me for that service and they are stating their policy is to ship via STANDARD only and they can pay via EXPRESS only if I pay a fee. So even they have made the mistake they are expecting me to pay for their mistakeIm flying in 2 days without a gift and I just lose my moneyTERRIBLEEEEEEEEEEE DO NOT PURCHASEI will never again
