Very helpful with with a faulty product and were promptnwoth answering my questions and sending me a brand new item with only a 20% stocking fee. The flip book music box is very cute and my girlfriend loves it. Be careful turning the dial the wrong way otherwise a beautiful product. Thank you for the help.

Delivery issues and misleading information

There was misinformation regarding delivery. I opted for express delivery to guarantee arrival before Christmas, but after completing the purchase, I was informed that it would take twice as long due to production delays. Instead of arriving by today, it won't come until January 1st. Exercise caution when using this service.

The customer service was top-notch, and I would definitely consider their services again. If you're planning to order a magnet, I suggest using a bright photo, as darker images may not yield the best results. The magnets themselves are of good quality and look impressive once completed.

Disappointing experience with my order

I ordered a holiday item at the start of November for over £30 plus shipping, expecting to receive it by the 21st. After my purchase, I was notified that the item was out of stock but would be available in 3-5 days, which I accepted. However, after 10 days, the stock was still unavailable. Now, over 5 weeks later, the item is still not made or shipped, and the tracking system no longer recognizes my email or order number. While customer service responds quickly via email, their replies feel automated. At this rate, I doubt I will receive my item by Christmas 2026. I won't be ordering again.
