I ordered back in April while they were advertising for Mother’s Day (today, May 11th). Product is still in “pre-shipment.” I talked to customer service to cancel the order before it shipped and they told me that it shipped already (it was showing still in production). A few moments later, I got an alert that it was shipped. It’s been in “pre-shipment” status since then (about a week). Pretty shady. I will be returning this. I should have known not to buy anything from China. I should have done more research.
