I ordered a holiday item at the start of November for over £30 plus shipping, expecting to receive it by the 21st. After my purchase, I was notified that the item was out of stock but would be available in 3-5 days, which I accepted. However, after 10 days, the stock was still unavailable. Now, over 5 weeks later, the item is still not made or shipped, and the tracking system no longer recognizes my email or order number. While customer service responds quickly via email, their replies feel automated. At this rate, I doubt I will receive my item by Christmas 2026. I won't be ordering again.
