I couldn't be more unhappy with this purchase! With plenty of time to spare i ordered a fridge magnet with a recording and picture for my elderly mother for Christmas. I never received it so I wrote to them and they sent me another one. Months later I receive it and you literally cannot even hear the recording plus the picture was very low quality. When I complained they said to take a 10 second video to prove its faultiness which I did but they said they couldn't hear it. I tried again to no avail. I do not have the best technology to get them whatever they wanted so I guess im out almost $40...absolute ripoff. Would've been nice to have given my mom a sentimental gift at her age.
