I am not happy with my product. I ordered something for my girlfriend for Christmas and said it was delivered it was not at my door then I was told they couldn’t be delivered because I had the wrong address for me which I put the right address and there was a problem with the post office once at the post office they didn’t know anything contacted y’all and y’all told me I cannot get a refund because it was already out for a delivery or been delivered in the end. I did not receive my product. I am not happy. It was embarrassing to get my girlfriend. Nothing on Christmas. Shame on you.

The promised delivery date was December 31, 2025, but I only received the product on January 30. I contacted customer service when the item had not arrived and asked about a refund due to the delay. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they offered me less than half of the amount paid as a partial refund.

The item was meant to be a birthday gift, so it completely lost its purpose. Although the product is okay, the delay and poor customer support made the experience very disappointing. I would not purchase again.

It looks nothing like the picture shown. The lighting was not positioned at the front of the picture and shining down; instead, it was behind it. As a result, my photos appear see-through, and you can see the image in the back through the one in front. The pictures are uneven and darker then the ones I submitted and I know that cause they send a card with one of the pictures and that one was way brighter then the same picture in the box. I should have looked at the reviews first:(

Disappointing Experience with Delayed Order

Initially, I received an email indicating that my order would be delayed due to the chosen color being out of stock. They mentioned it would take about 5-7 business days for it to be available again, but I never got any updates after that timeframe. I had to reach out to the company, and when I asked for a refund, I received a response days later suggesting I pick another color. Since I still wanted the product, I chose a different color. A few days later, I got an email with a design mock-up, but the image was so unclear that I could barely see it. I decided to proceed with the order, thinking it would be fine. Unfortunately, when my husband opened it, the engraving was so poorly done and tiny that it was nearly unreadable. I'm really frustrated, as this was a belated Christmas gift for him, and I ordered it in early December, only to receive it on January 15th.
