I was eagerly anticipating my visit to see an artist, but I left feeling incredibly let down. As someone who cannot eat spicy food, I struggled to find suitable vegan options—the squash salad was unexpectedly spicy and inedible. I was informed that the entire menu was spicy, which was quite disheartening. I emailed my complaint twice but received no response. While the venue has a lively atmosphere, the lack of non-spicy choices and minimal customer service made for a poor experience. It was challenging to feel valued as a customer.
