This venue is located in a lovely area, and the restrooms were very clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly. We had made a reservation for our visit on 23/11/26. However, the seating felt quite cramped, making it challenging to navigate through the awkwardly arranged tables. We were seated but not informed about the light system used for ordering. Our table was near the stage, which seemed well-organized. After a trip to the restroom, I learned from my friend about the light system, and they had already ordered drinks and food. Unfortunately, the drinks took over 30 minutes to arrive. While the rest of the table received their drinks and some food, my son waited for nearly 30 minutes for his rice, which he eventually canceled. My chicken wings were definitely overcooked, although they looked acceptable. I ordered 12 wings and a trio of doubles, but waited over 90 minutes for them. I was grateful I had ordered enough wings to share as I was quite hungry. After several attempts to follow up on my order, the food finally arrived, but to my disappointment, it was cold. The server apologized and said she would remove it from the bill, but then we were informed that if we took the food, we would still have to pay for it. This situation was frustrating, and while there were more issues, the service was quite poor overall. I recommend having a good manager to better organize the floor as it felt chaotic. The food I did manage to enjoy was tasty, but serving cold and overcooked dishes, along with incomplete orders, indicates kitchen issues. This experience let me down. On a positive note, the Neo Soul Experience was fantastic and truly made my night. It kept me from leaving in frustration. The performances were definitely worth the wait. A note to the camera operator: please be mindful that others are trying to enjoy the show while you take your pictures and make sure to step aside so we can see.
