I got an email that my package arrived 3 days ago. I never received my package. After mailing the customer service they said to mail the delivery service, they couldn't track my package anymore because "they had delivered it". I mailed customer service again with this reply. They said it was probably stolen and that if I paid for the clothing items again, they would send me the clothes and I wouldn't have to pay any delivery costs. However, I could not change the place of delivery to a pick-up point so that there would be no chance of my items being stolen. The fact that they would not deliver to a pick-up point were there was no chance of my order being stolen didn't sit well with me and gave me (because of what happened) good reason not to trust them. I'm very sad because of this because they sell really cute shirts.
