I bought the gaming headset on December 2 and received it on December 7, which was impressively quick. However, by December 9, I contacted the support team because the earbuds were uncomfortable for me. After a week of communication, the representative persuaded me to keep them with a 50% discount and suggested trying different foam ear inserts. While testing the inserts, one of the brackets broke, rendering that earbud unusable. I reached out to the original representative for assistance on December 23 but received no response until I followed up on January 5. They informed me that since I had already received a 50% refund, they could not assist further with the broken item. Very unsatisfactory customer service.
