I recently purchased a set of Soundbrenner Waves to take advantage of their Valentines Day Sale. I received them and unfortunately, there was a problem. The output was low and they had no bass response.
I sent a message on the website's support page and was replied to on a Saturday evening at about 5:30 pm, less than 24 hours. It was actually Valentines Day!
After a few email exchanges with Ethan to make sure I had set them up and was wearing them properly, we determined they were defective. Hey, it happens!
Within 2 business days, I had a new set and they blew me away. These are baseline IEMs and they sound incredible for the price point, especially at the sale price. I expected they would be because I have a Pulse wearable that is very well made and never had a problem with. But I really applaud the time Ethan spent to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I was also happy to know I wasn't going deaf!
I purchased the in ear monitors and the USB-C to 3.5 mm jack to use with my i-Phone. Both are well made and have functioned exactly as described. Using the IEM's combined with the adaptor to play my music is a game changer and definitely highly recommended. It didn't hurt that the prices were great and reasonable so thanks Soundbrenner!
The easy to navigate website and them showing genuine demos and reviews made the decision to purchase an easy one. As for the product itself it is the best IEMs I have used yet. Couldn't recommend them more! I haven't used click tracks or even tracked in a long time but these have made as easy as taking a hot knife to butter.
I’m incredibly impressed! I have a set of custom molded in-ears that have treated me well for years, but I think one of the drivers is going out in the left ear. I saw these and thought, “What the heck! For that price if I don’t like them I’ll let one of my kids use them as headphones.”
The kids aren’t getting these! I plugged them into my Clav and wow! I swear it felt like I was sitting in a studio next to a huge speaker. The low end is concert quality, and the mids and highs are clear and crisp. I think these guys are going to permanently replace my customs and I can’t wait to plug them into the in-ear system and see if the quality is as good there!
Really good for fps gaming! My earbuds the left one had a fault that the connection pin wouldnt go all the way in leaving a gap! They worked fine, but even tho i just contacted support and they sent a brand new one without me have to send the other ones back! Really good service and thanks alot to Etan at customer service for a fast and good response !
First and formost the products that they provide are top notch so any product you need I'm sure you would be proud of the craft. I recently had an order that had complicated mailing issues (not in their end) and I reached out to customer support and they were truly speedy and thoughtful to assist me in the matter at hand. Great product, fantastic customer service I give them 10 out of 10 as a whole.
Just recieved the Wave in Ear monitors.I believed this product could be plugged into a PA system and be used to help vocal and guitar practice while playing live. Where do you plug it in to monitor. No instructions came with it. I use a Fishman 4 channel PA system

They didn't make me jump through hoops or wait for a carrier investigation. They quickly identified the problem and expedited a replacement. I bought the gaming headset on December 2 and received it on December 7, which was impressively quick. However, by December 9, I contacted the support team because the earbuds were uncomfortable for me. After a week of communication, the representative persuaded me to keep them with a 50% discount and suggested trying different foam ear inserts. While testing the inserts, one of the brackets broke, rendering that earbud unusable. I reached out to the original representative for assistance on December 23 but received no response until I followed up on January 5. They informed me that since I had already received a 50% refund, they could not assist further with the broken item. Very unsatisfactory customer service.
Still 5 star review even with an issue on Soundbrenner's behalf, and here's my story: Unfortunately, the item itself was not the right fit for my son but that does not imply anything negative about the product. It is high-quality and sleek and an incredibly useful product, not just a gadget. But it didn't work for two main reasons that were NOT a criticism of the product itself: The vibrating metronome was just too much for my sensorily-challenged kiddo and while for some it's probably a matter of just getting used to that feeling and overcoming it, it just didn't work for him. Second, he is a pretty skilled multi-guitar player and he found that because he more often uses alternate tunings on his most-played guitars, he did not want to have to upgrade his free subscription, which only includes chromatic tuning, to get them. That being said and not at all a knock on the product, I want to focus on the customer service. Simply put, Ethan in support is my superhero! There was a mishap on Soundbrenner's part with communication about delivery on the item, which I ordered Dec 12 and intended to be a "Santa" gift for Christmas. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive until 12/26. But not without Ethan bending over backwards to help expedite the arrival. From my first reach-out about where my item was, he was honest, transparent, thorough, detailed, patient, focused, and driven to make it right. His responsiveness, and the time and detail put into construction of the emails back and forth themselves, from the beginning were absolutely top-notch and I'd even go so far as to say probably the #1 best customer service experience I've ever had, even without getting the exact desired outcome on something so important-having it by Christmas. Ethan had extraordinary empathy and work ethic while accepting accountability on behalf of Soundbrenner. If they every branched out and sold anything besides musician gear, I would never shop anywhere else! This is a 5-star, customer service-driven company with a keen ability to fix an issue to the point where it's actually a win for the consumer even though the outcome was not as expected! Crazy, I know. But you just don't find that kind of individualized care and commitment anymore. I highly recommend this company, and you can place full trust in Soundbrenner to take care of you as if you are their only customer-even at the busy Christmas season!!
