I saw the Ad and was about to purchase two pairs of SoundBright hearing aids for my husband and myself. However, after reading multiple reviews regarding poor customer service and delayed responses that caused customers to miss return deadlines. I decided not to proceed with the purchase. If these reports are accurate, this is not an acceptable way to conduct business and raises serious concerns about the company’s customer support practices and overall integrity. Reliable and responsive service is especially important for products related to hearing and quality of life. I hope the company will take these concerns seriously and work toward improving its customer service and hope that in the future I can feel confident purchasing from SoundBright.
