The hearing aids work well and sound more natural than others that I have tried. The downside is that the Sound Bright app is terrible! It is clunky and difficult to use. It also keeps disconnecting and is nearly unusable to change settings for different areas of use.

I saw the Ad and was about to purchase two pairs of SoundBright hearing aids for my husband and myself. However, after reading multiple reviews regarding poor customer service and delayed responses that caused customers to miss return deadlines. I decided not to proceed with the purchase. If these reports are accurate, this is not an acceptable way to conduct business and raises serious concerns about the company’s customer support practices and overall integrity. Reliable and responsive service is especially important for products related to hearing and quality of life. I hope the company will take these concerns seriously and work toward improving its customer service and hope that in the future I can feel confident purchasing from SoundBright.

Soudbright MIni Hearing aids

In early December I ordered a pair of Soundbright Mini Hearing aids as my old hearing aids were giving me problems. I saw the Soundbright ads and decided to give them a try. They arrived three days after I placed the order. I charged them up for a few hours then started using them. My first impression was WOW, these are better than the $3000. units I had. After 2 weeks of use , I am very satisfied with the Soundbright mini units. The batteries last through the entire day and the sound is good. For a hundred bucks, you can't beat them! Before you spend thousands, give these a try.

Terrible Customer Service

Have tried numerous times to contact customer support to return the hearing aids but they have never responded to my requests. I paid for the hearing aids via Paypal and have also complained to them but no resolution so far.
