This is one of the worst AI support experiences I've encountered! The service doesn't function properly despite charging artists exorbitant fees. One issue I reported took more than six months to resolve after constant follow-ups. Another issue I've repeatedly reported remains unfixed, preventing me from adding essential documentation for over a year. Their refusal to acknowledge my concerns, even when I provide clear evidence, is incredibly frustrating. In short, there is an urgent need for a fairer and more efficient system for artists.
