One issue I reported took over six months to resolve after relentless follow-ups. Another problem I’ve reported repeatedly remains unresolved, preventing me from adding important documentation for over a year. Their refusal to acknowledge my valid concerns is incredibly frustrating. In summary, there is an urgent need for a fairer and more effective management system for artists.
