I am here to express my deep dissatisfaction with the terrible customer service I have encountered. Initially, I was impressed with the platform, which appeared to be very artist-friendly, and I appreciated the layout and pricing. I uploaded four original songs, and while three were monetized, the fourth, SMOKER, has been inexplicably rejected for monetization. Despite providing evidence for my other songs, I have received no rational explanation for this decision, especially since SMOKER is receiving the most views. I've submitted documentation, including images of my original CD from 1999, yet it has not been deemed sufficient. The lack of phone support forces users to rely on a chat bot for communication, and the automated email responses only provide a ticket number without any human assistance. This setup is truly absurd and frustrating. It's hard to understand why a company with such longevity would operate in such an incompetent manner without offering live support. I am extremely disappointed.
