I placed an order with a delivery estimate of 3-5 days, but it never arrived. After multiple inquiries, I was told it was in transit, but tracking showed otherwise. Eventually, a replacement was promised, but that too has faced delays. This entire experience has been unacceptable, and I will not order again nor recommend this seller.
