The over the ear buds are ok. However, as for the noise canceling option is sucks! I have another pair of earbuds by anker that as nice. The sound quality could be better as well. Im very displeased with this purchase.
Bought Soundcore Sleepbuds A20 about two months ago.
The left earbud now refuses to charge past around 60 percent and turns off during the night even when it is sitting in the case all night. The right one works fine.
I cleaned the contacts, reset everything, charged the case fully, tried different cables. Same result. So yeah, looks like a faulty unit.
Contacted Soundcore support, sent them the receipt and explained the issue. Their answer was that because I did not buy it from an official distributor, they are not responsible for anything. No replacement, no refund, no real help. Just go talk to the private seller.
Honestly this is pretty wild. The product is clearly defective after only two months of normal use and the company response is basically not our problem. For a global brand that markets premium sleep earbuds, this feels like really weak customer support.

Soundcore is made by Anker Products, and I've had good experiences with this brand. I purchased a clip-on type Bluetooth headphones called Aeroclip that sound great and are comfortable to wear. I liked them so much that I got some for my wife and her sister. I purchased the latter two on Amazon, but the first was from Soundcore directly. I would not hesitate to buy directly again, but since Amazon always delivers to my home, I just buy from them if the price is the same.
I bought the Sleep A30 earbuds as a Christmas gift for my partner in 2025. She made every effort to find comfort by switching out the silicone and foam inserts, but they were still quite uncomfortable for side sleepers. When I reached out to the support team to initiate a return, I was taken aback by their unhelpful responses. They stated that since the earbuds weren't faulty, I would have to cover the return shipping costs. They even suggested keeping the product with a £14 refund to avoid the hassle. Furthermore, they mentioned a thorough inspection before issuing any refund. I understand that some individuals may take advantage, but the earbuds were in perfect condition, in the original packaging with all accessories; they simply didn't work for my partner. I wish I had purchased from a different platform! Other brands offer trial periods and hassle-free returns if the product isn’t satisfactory.

After another inquiry, I received a disappointing response stating they couldn’t assist with repairs or sales. They also reminded me that my warranty expired three years ago. It's frustrating how companies often employ customer service representatives who follow policies that disregard customer needs. I wasn’t asking for anything free; I simply wanted to explore repair possibilities. The automated responses from this service have left me feeling disillusioned, and I won't consider purchasing from them again.
These headphones are surprisingly impressive. The battery life and sound quality are truly satisfying. I'm still adjusting to the microphone, as my voice sounds a bit off when the noise cancellation is activated, along with background sounds. However, overall, these headphones are fantastic.
As an elderly woman, I was initially worried about my ability to use these earbuds. However, the instructions provided were outstanding. On my first try, I successfully paired them with my mobile phone, laptop, and Smart TV. Given my age, I experience hearing loss. Living in a condo, I appreciate using the earbuds to avoid disturbing others while watching TV at night. They are also perfect for those customer service calls where I often struggle to hear the representative. Now, I can hear them clearly. Thank you for this fantastic product.
