Bought Soundcore Sleepbuds A20 about two months ago.
The left earbud now refuses to charge past around 60 percent and turns off during the night even when it is sitting in the case all night. The right one works fine.
I cleaned the contacts, reset everything, charged the case fully, tried different cables. Same result. So yeah, looks like a faulty unit.
Contacted Soundcore support, sent them the receipt and explained the issue. Their answer was that because I did not buy it from an official distributor, they are not responsible for anything. No replacement, no refund, no real help. Just go talk to the private seller.
Honestly this is pretty wild. The product is clearly defective after only two months of normal use and the company response is basically not our problem. For a global brand that markets premium sleep earbuds, this feels like really weak customer support.

Has anyone else had battery or charging issues with the A20
Did anyone manage to get Soundcore to replace a defective unit
And to warn people that if you do not buy from their official store, you might be on your own even with a clear defect
If someone from Soundcore is reading this, I am still open to a fair solution. I just want working earbuds.
