My account was locked due to the 2-Step Verification feature that I had personally activated in my settings. I clearly outlined this issue and provided all necessary and verifiable information to regain access. Despite this being a simple, platform-related problem, the issue remains unresolved after numerous email exchanges across two different support threads. During these communications, I was repeatedly asked to provide a username. However, the platform does not utilize usernames for account authentication. To demonstrate this, I even created a new account and confirmed that no username is required or generated. I consistently clarified that account access is linked to an email address and phone number, not a username. I repeatedly supplied the following information, all directly connected to my account: Email address Phone number TikTok account Gmail account Despite reiterating these details multiple times, no effective resolution has been provided. As a registered label and business operating under a formal agreement with the platform, I find this level of support to be lacking and unprofessional. Given the nature of this issue and the abundance of accurate information already submitted, I anticipated a much higher standard of assistance. The ongoing lack of resolution has directly affected my normal business operations.
