Extremely Dissatisfied with Customer Support

If I could leave a 0 review, I certainly would. This is one of the most disappointing customer service platforms I have encountered. I feel compelled to express my frustrations regarding the professionalism and efficiency of the support team. My account was locked due to the 2-Step Verification feature that I had personally activated in my settings. I clearly outlined this issue and provided all necessary and verifiable information to regain access. Despite this being a simple, platform-related problem, the issue remains unresolved after numerous email exchanges across two different support threads. During these communications, I was repeatedly asked to provide a username. However, the platform does not utilize usernames for account authentication. To demonstrate this, I even created a new account and confirmed that no username is required or generated. I consistently clarified that account access is linked to an email address and phone number, not a username. I repeatedly supplied the following information, all directly connected to my account: Email address Phone number TikTok account Gmail account Despite reiterating these details multiple times, no effective resolution has been provided. As a registered label and business operating under a formal agreement with the platform, I find this level of support to be lacking and unprofessional. Given the nature of this issue and the abundance of accurate information already submitted, I anticipated a much higher standard of assistance. The ongoing lack of resolution has directly affected my normal business operations.

Completely untrustworthy and dishonest

This company is completely untrustworthy. They removed my song, which had over 800 million views on a popular platform, and was part of multiple licensing agreements with major brands. After a year-long contract, they provided no explanation or clarity regarding any infringements. My song remains available in stores, yet they continue to collect royalties, including from licensing, without sending me a single cent. I strongly advise against using this service; it’s a total scam.

Stay away from this service

I strongly recommend avoiding this service. They unexpectedly shut down my account without any warning or explanation. My account was in good standing, yet they removed all my music from stores overnight. To make matters worse, I suspect they continued to collect money from a popular platform even after closing my account. I've had to involve legal assistance, and I've received no response from them. This company lacks professionalism and trustworthiness.

Disappointing platform with poor support

I began using this service two months ago, and my second release still hasn't been copyrighted on a major platform. After reaching out multiple times with proof, they insisted it was sent, but a month later, nothing has changed. My promotional page is also problematic, with the editor not displaying correctly. I've sent numerous emails to customer support, but they keep repeating the same questions without addressing my issues. I've lost patience and will no longer use this platform.

This service will take your money, close your account, and continue to profit from your music without providing any justification. Be prepared to seek legal assistance, as they will not respond to your inquiries.

Lack of customer support

There is absolutely no customer service. Initially, they claimed my ID was invalid, and then they wanted me to change my artist name, which is simply my actual name. The support is frustratingly unhelpful, and I find myself going in circles with automated responses. I suggest exploring other music distribution options and steering clear of this one.

If I could, I would give zero stars. The customer service is non-existent, consisting only of automated replies that are completely unhelpful. It's utterly frustrating and serves no purpose.

Extremely frustrating experience

This has been the worst experience. There is no customer service, and they seem clueless about their processes. My music gets rejected for trivial reasons, and my latest album was rejected for issues that don't even apply to me. They complicate everything unnecessarily.

This service is a scam. My song is still available for purchase, and they continue to collect royalties, including sync royalties, without sending me a single cent. I strongly advise against using this service; it's a total scam.
