I really liked Sounds True years ago and bought several products but no longer. Since they moved to the new platform, products are difficult to access and at least one of the products I purchased is now incomplete and half of the content is missing. I have been in touch with customer support several times about this but they did not fix the problem.Very disappointing that the download function has been removed too and you must listen to things in the app. Not very customer friendly.I will not buy from Sounds True again.
