Deceptive Practices and Pressure Tactics

The company employs deceptive practices and pressure tactics. You can't simply purchase a product without being coerced into accepting a "free" one-month subscription that automatically renews unless you cancel it. Good luck with that. It's disappointing to see such a decline in a company that began in 1995 with strong ethical values and a mission to share spiritual wisdom. Shame on you!

Dishonest and Manipulative Practices

The practices are both dishonest and manipulative. You cannot simply buy a product without being pressured into accepting a supposedly "free" one-month subscription that will renew automatically unless you actively cancel it. Good luck with that process. It's disappointing to witness such a decline in a company that started in 1995 with high ethical standards and a mission to share spiritual wisdom. Shame on you!

Disheartening Direction of the Company

It's disheartening to see the direction the company has taken; they now seem focused solely on a membership model. The membership is expensive and lacks the quality content that was once characteristic of their offerings. I can no longer recommend this company.

Awful Customer Support

While they seem to offer good products, I couldn't access my audiobook without downloading their app, which I didn't want. I'm now trying to get a refund. Their chat feature claims to connect me with someone, but it's been over an hour. The customer service is terrible. I've alerted my credit card and will cancel if necessary. I will never engage with this company again.

Unreliable PC Player

The player on the PC is unreliable, and I received a long list of troubleshooting steps. It should be the company's responsibility to provide a functional player. I bought a product only to find it at half the price elsewhere, and I can't even listen offline.

I am unable to access my audiobook. Sometimes I can't sign in at all, and other times I can't access my library. The app is truly terrible, and their chatbot is equally unhelpful, failing to answer even basic questions.

Membership Assistance Issues

I had inquiries regarding my membership. When attempting to access the offered programs, nothing worked. Customer service only provided articles that did not address my issues. When I requested to speak with a representative, I received the same articles again. This is especially frustrating and disappointing, given the topics of growth. The company lacks integrity, blocking opportunities to resolve issues and meet customer needs. They seem to be taking money without delivering a product, making it appear intentional.

No Access to Online Course

I paid for an online course but was required to create an account and sign in to access content. I repeatedly followed the steps, including adding my email and the code they sent, but the code never arrived. Customer support advised me to repeat the steps with the same result, leaving me unable to cancel a recurring payment they set up.
