Trying to sign up to an online account. Using my ref number on the bill and the system tells me the details of name/post code and ref number don't match.So try to call customer service and it's over an hour waiting time. So try the online chat and guess what, not available. Shocking customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!As you can see from the response...........very busy! I don't use Twitter or Facebook!!!!!!!!!!!!!Today, 14.02.23 been on the phone for 45 minutes and still No 7 in the que............Need anymore proof this organisation is understaffing it's customer service department! Disgraceful service Andy Willicott!
