So, I along with thousands of others have suffered from the data breech that saw our personal details being shared on the Dark Web. Oh but I didn't find out from SSW, no. I found out after a credit card was entirely wiped out, thank god it was only a £350 limit, however, that was our emergency card, we now have absolutely no back up. If one card/account could be effected, what others could be!? This is before I even get onto the constant scam phone calls, some well into the night at 3am, mostly with private numbers so I cannot block them. My husband works nights so I need my phone available in case of emergency. How did this happen in August and I'm only just finding out now? What is going to be done to compensate customers who are suffering? My credit rating is in tatters, what will get done about that? 1 years supply of a free expiria account isn't going to fix the stress and damage you've caused. A nice place to start would of atleast been an apology. I haven't even had that yet.100% will be joining others in pursuing legal action and I encourage every other person who has been affected to do so too. Plenty of 'no win, no fee' companies are taking this on.
