Our Cunard cruise began on a sour note with an unfriendly man managing our car. He was unhelpful and made us feel like an inconvenience. Although the woman checking our vehicle was polite, she rushed us and tried to take our keys before we could get our luggage out. This left a poor first impression, lacking professionalism and failing to create a pleasant start to our cruise day. I will look for alternatives next time and won't recommend this service to others.
