Our cruise began on a negative note due to an unfriendly individual managing our car. He was unhelpful and made us feel like a burden. While the woman inspecting our vehicle was courteous, she rushed us and attempted to take our keys before we could unload our luggage. This poor first impression felt unprofessional and did not provide a pleasant start to our cruise day. I will look for alternatives in the future and will not recommend this service to friends or family.
Upon arrival, the initial impression was slightly off, but once we met the team, we received a warm welcome and felt reassured. The indoor parking was perfect. The drop-off and pick-up service to the ship was prompt and efficient. We will definitely use this service again without hesitation.
We were extremely disappointed with the service provided by the parking service. After a two-week cruise, we waited at the terminal for over an hour in the cold. When we called for collection, everyone received the same voicemail! No one in the office answered our calls! With 40 people and two weeks' worth of luggage in line, and the van only able to take 12 at a time, this experience was a disaster. We regret not paying a bit more to park at the terminal.

They sent a detailed email explaining everything. We found the center easily, and staff were there to assist with our car and luggage. Shortly after, we were on a minibus to the terminal. The driver informed us where to wait upon disembarking. Although the queue was long, we didn't wait too long. Our car was ready for us when we returned. I would certainly use this service again, as all staff were very helpful and professional.

We had a fantastic experience. We arrived at the parking area and waited only a few minutes before being driven to the cruise terminal, right at the entrance. Upon returning, we followed their instructions and texted when we disembarked. After a 20-minute wait, during which we collected our luggage, the driver arrived. From the first text to driving away took about 40 minutes. Our car was kept indoors in a large facility. I would absolutely use this service again; there was nothing I could critique. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing a first-class service at a reasonable price.
