We had a fantastic experience. We arrived at the parking area and waited only a few minutes before being driven to the cruise terminal, right at the entrance. Upon returning, we followed their instructions and texted when we disembarked. After a 20-minute wait, during which we collected our luggage, the driver arrived. From the first text to driving away took about 40 minutes. Our car was kept indoors in a large facility. I would absolutely use this service again; there was nothing I could critique. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing a first-class service at a reasonable price.
