Really impressed with the level of service from everyone here. Received clear instructions for getting to the car drop off location, and what to do when arriving back in Southampton: alert half an hour in advance, which is easy to do as cruise company keep to time, and mobile signal is available again. Really friendly, polite, respectful team from dropping the car off, transfer to the cruise terminal, transfer back from the cruise terminal (we didn’t have to wait long at all, despite it being a busy area, two minutes maybe?) and collecting the car again.Would really recommend if you haven’t booked parking directly with your cruise company.
