Our cruise began on a negative note due to an unfriendly individual managing our car. He was unhelpful and made us feel like a burden. While the woman inspecting our vehicle was courteous, she rushed us and attempted to take our keys before we could unload our luggage. This poor first impression felt unprofessional and did not provide a pleasant start to our cruise day. I will look for alternatives in the future and will not recommend this service to friends or family.
