I'm still waiting for my payment and a response regarding a formal complaint I submitted. The treatment I've received from the company has been appalling. Based on other reviews, I can't understand why my claim is taking so long with minimal communication from the service. I'm currently several thousand pounds out of pocket. They have also requested the same documents three times now, which is severely impacting my mental well-being. Can someone please resolve this? I've been waiting since early October.
