Review Time
I am still waiting for payment and a response regarding a formal complaint I submitted. The treatment I have received from this service has been unacceptable. Based on other reviews, I don't understand why my claim has been delayed, and there has been minimal communication from the platform. I am still out of pocket by several thousand pounds. Additionally, I have been asked to resend the same documentation three times now. This situation is severely impacting my mental health. I just need someone to resolve this, as I have been waiting since early October.

They have also requested the same documents three times now, which is severely impacting my mental well-being. Can someone please resolve this? I've been waiting since early October.
The service has been shocking. My partner and I went on holiday on 11/10/25, and he had a medical emergency requiring our insurance. I've had to incur £2000 in credit card debt and am STILL waiting (as of 21/11) for any assistance or confirmation. My last email (sent on 13/11) expressed my concerns about their poor communication. Now, on 21/11, I'm still awaiting a reply despite numerous follow-ups. I contacted the service but they couldn't assist, even when I provided my policy number and other details. They claimed they couldn't help because I didn't know my password, even though I have it in front of me. I am a paying customer, and it feels like I've wasted my £19.27. I strongly advise against using this company unless you want to throw away your money.
I had to call the service as my online payment wasn't going through, which was more related to my banking app than the company. Speaking with them was much easier; a lovely representative helped me arrange a competitive policy with better coverage than other quotes.
