Terrible company. Don’t bother getting it unless you want to declare your life history! Declined my travel insurance claim due to “undisclosed medical conditions” and have listed symptoms rather than medical conditions! One appointment with the doctors has even been listed as a medical condition even though this ‘medical condition’ was a follow up appointment from the last!! Absolute joke, will do anything not to pay out! They have also included something that was disclosed to me by the doctors after taking out the policy! To add, they have also taken 3 months just to tell me this!
