I had a dreadful experience trying to make a claim on my travel policy. I had a traumatic medical emergency whilst away on holiday which forced me to miss my return travel due to being hospitalised. I submitted all of the documentation as requested in the portal almost 2 months ago, called up and chased only to be asked for information already given. The handler did not seem to be familiar with standard NHS documents and kept accusing me of not having the right document, in a cold and snarky manner - I cannot fathom seeing what had happened to me and behaving in this way. I sent them all the information by email yet again and submitted a complaint a week ago - both have been ignored so far.
