Terrible shocking claims processing. I have a very simple missed flight claim at the moment. The tactics deployed to make me give up are cynical.I have no decision on my claim nearly 2 months on. They send the odd question out 2 weeks apart hoping you’ll not bother. I’m in the insurance business and it makes me feel ashamed of the industry. I’ve even taken out more holiday cover at extra expense now because I don’t trust them. Don’t respond to this with a generic reply Axa Southdowns, just stop being so rude and lazy and get back to me.
