Dreadful company. Took out annual travel insurance, had a minor illness while away and needed meds. I have tried for over a month now to file a claim - I have rung 4 times but ‘the portal’ is always down and they can take no further or I go online and ‘oops there’s an error’. All I want is an email and a reference number to send off my docs. Now I have to go through the complaints process instead because they don’t have the tech to let me make a claim. It’s only for £100 but I dread to think what would happen if something more serious had occurred. The insurance is basically useless to me. Dreadful company - avoid at all costs.
