It was easy to set up the insurance online. However, the trip this week on 9th October to Isareal - was canceled - by the tour operator. Trying to contact them - to let them know - that the trip had been canceled - and to discuss possible options with them was impossible. I couldn't make a claim - since wars are not covered - but it would have been nice to have them say. Would could do this for you - for future insurance - when the tour operator re-schedules the trip - next year.
