Still chasing a medical claim from July. Submitted all the documents, have rang multiple times, asked to speak to manager (at foreign call centre) have been cut off multiples times.Sent multiple emails to chase as I’ve sent literally everything including medical records for something very minor!! The worst company I don’t even know how they’re still allowed to trade. Reporting to financial ombudsman, PRA, FCA and getting in touch with Martin Lewis and watchdog. Nobody deserves to go through this. What’s the point in purchasing insurance if they won’t pay out or drag the process out so much so that it the added stress makes the situation even worse?
