I had my travel insurance with this company, which was being automatically renewed for years. In 2022, I did my first and only ever claim. Pity, I thought this company could help me. They work with a notorious company called AXA, which has been wasting my time for 1 year; nothing has been paid so far and the case remains unresolved. I cancelled my membership a few months ago and I am in the process of sending my official complaint for both Southdowns and AXA.
