Not much we can do can we ?

Unfortunately I have to write a bad review about their operations management ! I’ve seen them all ... I travel for work and the amount of ridiculousness I have witnessed is incredible !! From trains being delayed more than half an hour because of a “bicycle” hitting a barrier... a driver not coming to work .... 1 person get sick on the train and I was blocked for 35 min on the train behind ... let’s not even speak about “signalling problems” ... EVERY SINGLE DAY !!!! Considering the price we are paying I would try to do better !! 3 weeks ago a electrical panel went on fire and all trains going towards Kent cancelled for hours .... really !? No backups ?! No security backups !? Another issue is refunds !!! Weeks after weeks of waiting for so many refunds ....
