Disappointing service with constant delays

This company is frustrating and unhelpful. The service is terrible, with trains frequently delayed. When attempting to claim compensation, the amounts offered are minimal, leaving those of us who work hard feeling undervalued. The trains are outdated and not well-maintained, even the so-called high-speed options are lacking, especially considering the high fares. It's better to drive, take a coach, or even use a rideshare service. I cannot recommend this company.

Fraudulent company with outdated services

This company is greedy and ineffective. The service is terrible, with constant delays. When trying to claim compensation, they offer a measly amount that hardly reflects the inconvenience caused to hardworking individuals. The trains are old and filthy, even the so-called high-speed ones are disappointing given their high ticket prices. Consider alternatives like driving or taking a coach; anything is better than using this service.

Positive experience with a dedicated staff member

I had the pleasure of meeting a security guard at a local station. He explained that he was there to monitor commuters and assist anyone in distress due to recent incidents. After speaking with him, I believe he will be an invaluable asset; sometimes, just having someone to listen can truly make a difference. If his role helps save lives, then kudos to this initiative.

Staff need training to avoid discrimination

I was charged again for a ticket I already possessed! Although it was my mistake, I had inquired at the station about taking an earlier train. Yet, the ticket collector charged me while a couple nearby who made the same mistake were not charged. Is this discrimination? I attempted to file a complaint online, but the site is not user-friendly on mobile. Staff need proper training; they shouldn’t selectively enforce policies.

Excessive prices for subpar service

The prices are exorbitant for a service that is far from satisfactory. Trains from our village are infrequent, and delays are common. The staff seem overpaid for the service provided. I will always seek other transportation options when possible.

Avoid this service at all costs

I paid a hefty fee for a high-speed train ticket, which turned out to be misleading. The train only reaches high speeds for a small portion of the journey, taking over an hour and a half for the rest. How can they justify the name 'high-speed' while charging so much? Avoid this service; it's a complete rip-off.

Constant delays - unacceptable excuses

Delays and cancellations are a daily occurrence! Today’s excuse was simply that someone was late. Instead of finding a solution, they cancelled the train! One staff member caused chaos for many. This company is utterly unreliable. If they can’t manage their operations, they should reconsider their approach.

Recurring issues with service reliability

An utter disgrace

This is the most expensive and unreliable train service imaginable. The excuses for its failures are ridiculous. Everyone involved in its operation should feel embarrassed to be associated with it.

Shockingly poor service in every aspect

The service is consistently poor! Most trains are either delayed or cancelled. They are uncomfortable, old, and dirty. The compensation process is frustrating, and they do not accept bank statements as proof of travel. The offered compensation is insulting, and their WiFi service is nearly non-existent.
