Unfortunately, we had to attend with another child, and the service was as disappointing as before. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the dentists seemed unwilling to acknowledge us, let alone engage in conversation. The building looks more like a house from the outside, with no signage visible. It seems they treat NHS patients as second-class citizens and begrudgingly provide care.
